Doner unveils “Radio Differently” brand for WDET

Detroit-based Doner Agency has lent its global brand expertise to help Detroit’s Public Radio station WDET. Celebrating its 75th year on-air, WDET will soon formally unveil “Radio Differently” to the masses.  Doner’s team plans to build upon the station’s popularity with its loyal fanbase while embracing new generation listeners in the city and Metro Detroit. Coinciding with Detroit’s incredible growth and re-emergence, the new-look WDET brand will promote the station’s new local music, news and events.  Building upon the mission, vision and values of the station, the updated brand is all about the community.  The Mission: To leave no Detroit story untold by tirelessly curating content in ways that transcend ordinary storytelling. The Vision: To be the beacon of inspiration, premier storyteller and cultural catalyst for Detroit so that every voice is heard, every story is cherished, and every perspective is valued. Arthur Street Media partners to help WDET

Arthur Street Media is now working to support WDET – Detroit’s Public Radio. Celebrating it’s 75th anniversary as the community radio station for Metro Detroit, WDET looks to a next generation of partnership with Detroit-based organizations in furtherance of the station’s mission as a community resource for local news coverage, national news through NPR, community programs to enhance the quality of life for Metro Detroiters, and as THE place for broadcast of original music – to Radio Differently.
